We do not provide 1 to 1 care or support. There will be staff and volunteers present at all sessions. If you need 1 to 1 support, please come with a companion. If this is your first time, we ask you to come with a companion so we can assess the suitability of attending independently going forward.


If you can no longer attend a session, not a problem - but please let us know!
