Charlie has been busy listening to our community and planning the events and services that will be on offer in 2025. We are lucky enough to have received funding from both the National Lottery and Sutton Council to provide a calendar full of fun and exciting opportunities!
Our calendar is always evolving as new ideas and opportunities arise so dates are subject to change until spaces are published - usually 1-2 months prior to the activity. Please get in touch with us and make sure you are subscribed so you know when sign ups are open!
We kick start July when we return to Parallel Windsor Festival on July 6th - a festival of music, challenge events, food and more designed for the disabled community! We are charity partners again this year and we can't wait to give out some free tickets!
Mates and Dates returns on 13th July! Join us to meet new people, try new things and have fun! This is a great event to socialise with peers and take part in exciting workshops. Expect pizza making, temporary tattoos, yoga and karaoke!
Meet the police on 21st July at our site in Carshalton! This is your chance to learn about hate crime and how to report it and ask the police anything! This fun and engaging afternoon is being run with local Met Police officers. Have some food, try on police uniforms, have a go at mock stop and searches and take part in a Q+A!
We have a brilliant opportunity for a small group to come on board an adapted boat and get the opportunity to Drive a boat on the river Thames! Fulfill a dream of captaining a boat or try your hand at something new. JULY 23RD
We are also taking a group of ravers to Kisstory Festival on 26th July! Freddie used to go to this festival every year, so it's only right that we keep this tradition going. Dance in the sun with friends and listen to your favourite old school tunes and Anthems! Tickets will be heavily subsidised and there will be more information to follow.
Freddie loved the pub - so we are having a foundation Pub Night on 31st July at The Robin Hood Pub in Sutton! We have exclusive FREE use of the darts board and pool table before taking part in their Pub Quiz! Winners get a £50 bar voucher for next time! Entry is free, all you need is money for drinks and food is half price for foundation members. Enjoy an evening out with friends and family; meet some new people and ultimately HAVE FUN in a safe environment and a very friendly pub!

Join us for Mates and Dates - out and about on 3rd August! We have hired a private cinema screening of Jurassic Park at Throwley Yard Cinema in Sutton! Enjoy your own private screening with peers, then take part in workshops and various games in their bar area whilst getting to know people and making friends. All this before enjoying lunch and a few drinks! Get in touch to come!

Together with our Partner Charity Warren Clarke Golfing Dreams we are putting on a Golf Taster Day on 9th August! Whether it is your first time or you are wanting to sharpen up your skills - this day has something for everyone. Work with coaches who have experience with those with additional needs in a safe environment and try something new! Drive, Chip, Putt and ultimately have fun and make friends!
Join us for another one of our famous Wellness Days on 16th August! Relax with massage and reiki, and treat yourself with a haircut and a variety of beauty treatments! Everyone involved has experience working with people with additional needs. So come and regenerate with friends and family ready for the height of the summer!

We are also making an exciting return to Summer Sessions Wimbledon Festival on 30th August! This local Festival is a brilliant chance to enjoy London in the sun. Expect Capital FM DJ's, delicious food vendors, brilliant games and music all day long!

Pan Disability Football Training Returns yet again on the 4th September
Together with Champs Within, we are hosting a Boxing taster morning on 6th September! Learn the basics of boxing and how to defend yourself. Get to know this brilliant discipline with friends, exercise and enjoy yourself!
We are planning Lunch and Learn engagement event in mid September! Chill out with friends over some Lunch, learn about what our friends at Advocacy for All and SIASS could do for you! Date TBC
September brings our first weekend trip. Join us on our Surfing Trip to Wales on 13th-14th September! Partnered with Surfability Wales, we are taking a group to Swansea to learn how to surf. Any ability can take part, adaptive equipment and specialist instructors make sure that everyone can learn in a safe and comfortable environment. Get in touch if you are interested.
We return to the Royal Hospital for Neuro-Disability to visit their art center and take part in another Art Workshop on 17th September!
On the 21st September we are launching our eagerly awaited DJ ACADEMY! Together Legendary DJ Scott Garcia and Shy Cookie we are part of the launch of the 'It's a London Thing x FFF DJ Academy', Powered by AlphaTheta! The first session is a taster session and a chance to meet the DJ's to see if this program is for you!
Together with our Charity Friends, The Paul Allen Project - we are hosting a Basic Life Saving Morning on 22nd September at our site in Carshalton! Learn and practice CPR skills, how to spot signs of distress and what to do in an emergency!

Together with The Change Foundation and Keen2Go we are hosting a end of Summer Celebration called FUN ON THE FIELD !!!
Expect a day of music, fun workshops and stalls - wind the summer down in style with friends and the whole community at The Change Foundation Site. Tickets £10 and includes a drink.
We kick off the start of the month with a Private Video Game Afternoon on our own cinema screen at Throwley Yard! Socialise and battle against friends on the Switch - who can be the best!? Enjoy some food and Drink at the bar afterwards and have a de brief with friends! DATE TBC
We will be welcoming the new season with the first of many Trips to watch Sutton United FC play! Enjoy a free ticket and meal - get involved in the chants and soak up the atmosphere. Meeting at the Robin Hood Pub before hand - we are welcoming new and already existing Sutton Ultras. Join in the fun! DATE TBC
This new initiative provides a safe and relaxed space to meet new people, make new friends and form connections, through fun and engaging workshops.

This summer, together with specialist instructors we will be running monthly sports sessions for our service users.
Each session will focus on a different sport, so everyone gets to try their hand at something new or play the sports they love!
Each session will carry a small contribution and will be confirmed in early 2025
Starting this summer, we are running monthly DJ lessons for our service users with well renowned DJS!
We are partnering with Scott Garcia and his brand It's a London Thing to bring our members a taste of what it is like to DJ!
Sharpen up your skills or try something new in a comfortable environment whilst making new friends.
Everyone will be able to take away a mix they have produced and perhaps get a chance to DJ at one of our events!
The start of April sees the first session of our social Pan Disability Football Club.
Together with Premier league coaches that have experiences coaching the disabled community, we are starting a monthly football club!
Come and meet new people, sharpen up your skills and have fun in a relaxed and safe environment!
Our coaches can tailor sessions to any disability so you will always be involved. Get in touch to sign up!
