DECEMBER
We have our first gaming and Mario Kart time trial evening on 1st December at the new PFA Hub at the Sutton Life Centre! See the new Hub, Join friends and meet new people at this FREE drop in. Test your Gaming Skills! This is the start of a weekly Mario Kart time Trial on Monday evenings. Quickest at the end of December Wins a prize! 6-8pm
To celebrate the International Day of Disability - we are holding an arts evening on 3rd December at the PFA Hub; to work as a group on a piece celebrating the talents of the disabled community. This work aims to help people express themselves, celebrating hobbies and talents. Snacks and drinks provided! This is a FREE event; 6-8pm
Our FFFC pan disability football training sessions return on 4th December at Sutton Goals! Sharpen up your skills and wrap up warm! Christmas Jumpers Welcome!
Join us and friends at Keen2Go at our Podcast Making Workshop on 8th December at the PFA Hub! Speak about what christmas means to you and tell us how you like to spend it. You will be be a part of the new PFA podcast! This is a FREE event. 6-8pm
The FFF Christmas Meal and Party is on the 10th December at The Robin Hood! Join with friends for £20 for a 3 Course Xmas Meal and Drink, Xmas games, Xmas Karaoke and Festive Fun! You won’t want to miss it! 6pm onwards
Together with L&L’s Centre; join us on 11th for our Crafting Christmas event at the PFA Hub! Design your own Xmas Decorations in any way you want. Baubles, Bows, Cinnamon Sticks, paper chains and much more! Find your creative side and make a gift for yourself or someone else! This event costs £5.
Join us for our Christmas Mates and Dates on 14th December 3-6pm at Sutton United! Expect Christmas Baking, Decoration and Xmas Cracker Making, Xmas Dance Workshop, Xmas Karaoke and more! Best Xmas Jumper Wins a prize so you won’t want to miss it! This event costs £10 and includes all activities and food.
17th December sees us partner with The Change Foundation and Keen2Go to run a winter Kwik Cricket Session. Get competitive and wrap up warm to test your batting and bowling skills! This is at the PFA Hub from 6-8pm and costs £5.
Our Xmas Pub Night and Quiz returns with a festive theme on 18th December at The Robin Hood from 5:30pm! Expect the same laughs, pool, darts and great time with peers. Get your xmas hats ready! This is a FREE event.
We wind down for Christmas with our final event of the year. On 19th December we are taking a group to see The Lion King at the Lyceum Theatre and to see the Xmas Lights at Covent Garden! Tickets are £20 and companions go free (everyone will need a companion for this event) Limited spaces so sign up now!
AUGUST
Join us for Mates and Dates - out and about on 3rd August! We have hired a private cinema screening of Jurassic Park at Throwley Yard Cinema in Sutton! Enjoy your own private screening with peers, then take part in workshops and various games in their bar area whilst getting to know people and making friends. All this before enjoying lunch and a few drinks! Get in touch to come!
Due to the demand of our first trip we are running another Sailability Trip! We have a brilliant opportunity for a small group to come on board an adapted boat and get the opportunity to Drive a boat on the river Thames on 8th August! Fulfill a dream of captaining a boat or try your hand at something new. Get in touch to take a space!
Pan Disability Football Training Returns yet again on the 7th August.
Together with our Partner Charity Warren Clarke Golfing Dreams we are putting on a Golf Taster Day on 9th August! Whether it is your first time or you are wanting to sharpen up your skills - this day has something for everyone. Work with coaches who have experience with those with additional needs in a safe environment and try something new! Drive, Chip, Putt and ultimately have fun and make friends!
Join us for another one of our famous Wellness Days on 16th August! Relax with massage and reiki, and treat yourself with a haircut and a variety of beauty treatments! Everyone involved has experience working with people with additional needs. So come and regenerate with friends and family ready for the height of the summer!

We are also making an exciting return to Summer Sessions Wimbledon Festival on 30th August! This local Festival is a brilliant chance to enjoy London in the sun. Expect Capital FM DJ's, delicious food vendors, brilliant games and music all day long!

SEPTEMBER
Pan Disability Football Training Returns yet again on the 4th September
Together with Champs Within, we are hosting a Boxing taster morning on 7th September! Learn the basics of boxing and how to defend yourself. Get to know this brilliant discipline with friends, exercise and enjoy yourself!
September brings our first weekend trip. Join us on our Surfing Trip to Wales on 13th-14th September! Partnered with Surfability Wales, we are taking a group to Swansea to learn how to surf. Any ability can take part, adaptive equipment and specialist instructors make sure that everyone can learn in a safe and comfortable environment. Get in touch if you are interested.
We return to the Royal Hospital for Neuro-Disability to visit their art center and take part in another Art Workshop on 17th September!
On the 21st September we are launching our eagerly awaited DJ ACADEMY! Together Legendary DJ Scott Garcia and Shy Cookie we are part of the launch of the 'It's a London Thing x FFF DJ Academy', Powered by AlphaTheta! The first session is a taster session and a chance to meet the DJ's to see if this program is for you!
Together with our Charity Friends, The Paul Allen Project - we are hosting a Basic Life Saving Morning on 22nd September at our site in Carshalton! Learn and practice CPR skills, how to spot signs of distress and what to do in an emergency!

Fantastic Freddie Football Club Returns again on 2nd October.
We take 2 trips back to L&L's activity centre on 8th October and 29th October. Prepare for our Halloween Club Night by designing an outfit and mask! Express yourself through canvas art and learn how to Graffiti!
PRIVATE CINEMA GAMES NIGHT - 21st OCTOBER
Gaming on the big screen! Come together with friends and game until you can't any more on your own private cinema screen!
Expect WII switch and PlayStation games, food, snacks and a whole lot of fun! 6pm-8pm.
We start our monthly Coffee and games morning at Beans and Bloom Cafe on 16th October! Catch up with friends and get to know new people and see their new Challenging Perceptions Exhibition!
We return to Gander Green Lane to cheer on Sutton United for the first time this season! Join our group of ultras on 18th October as they take on Hartlepool United! Free tickets and Lunch for all young service users - COME ON YOU U'S

JULY
We kick start July when we return to Parallel Windsor Festival on July 6th - a festival of music, challenge events, food and more designed for the disabled community! We are charity partners again this year and we can't wait to give out some free tickets!
Mates and Dates returns on 13th July! Join us to meet new people, try new things and have fun! This is a great event to socialise with peers and take part in exciting workshops. Expect pizza making, temporary tattoos, yoga and karaoke!
Meet the police on 21st July at our site in Carshalton! This is your chance to learn about hate crime and how to report it and ask the police anything! This fun and engaging afternoon is being run with local Met Police officers. Have some food, try on police uniforms, have a go at mock stop and searches and take part in a Q+A!

We are also taking a group of ravers to Kisstory Festival on 26th July! Freddie used to go to this festival every year, so it's only right that we keep this tradition going. Dance in the sun with friends and listen to your favourite old school tunes and Anthems! Tickets will be heavily subsidised and there will be more information to follow.
Freddie loved the pub - so we are having a foundation Pub Night on 31st July at The Robin Hood Pub in Sutton! We have exclusive FREE use of the darts board and pool table before taking part in their Pub Quiz! Winners get a £50 bar voucher for next time! Entry is free, all you need is money for drinks and food is half price for foundation members. Enjoy an evening out with friends and family; meet some new people and ultimately HAVE FUN in a safe environment and a very friendly pub!
