16th May brings one of our most exciting opportunities yet. We are taking a small group of service users to the top gear track to take part in a Sport car driving experience! The chance of a life time to drive two adapted sports cars with specialist instructors, AND sit in the passenger seat for a high speed ride around the Top Gear Track! We are taking a small group to the Royal Hospital for Neuro Disability for a FREE stain glass window making workshop on 14th May! Join us to meet new people and have your art displayed in their exhibition!
We also have our Ibiza themed Club Night on bank holiday Monday 26th May! Join us for the same great club night with a different theme - all the classic Ibiza anthems, Karaoke, Food and more!
JUNE
June is the month of adventure at The FFF.
Summer officially starts at the FFF in late June and we kick it off with our long awaited Summer Boat Party! We are finalising the date on an accessible vessel to host a summer party on the river Thames! Cruise down the river and listen to your favourite summer tunes with the FFF team.
We are excited to tell you we are hosting a day of Driving lessons for our service users! Feel confident with specialist driving instructors, adapted vehicles, and lessons tailored to those with additional needs. Always wanted to try it in the driving seat? Well now you can in a safe environment and closed off venue. Stay tuned for dates!
We are working on putting on some Brazilian Ju Jitsu taster classes for our members! Try something new and learn some Martial Arts techniques to impress your friends! Great fitness and Great Fun.
JULY
We kick start July when we return to Parallel Windsor Festival - a festival of music, challenge events, food and more designed for the disabled community! We are charity partners again this year and we can't wait to give out some free tickets!
We have a brilliant opportunity for a small group to come on board an adapted boat and get the opportunity to Drive a boat on the river Thames! Fulfill a dream of captaining a boat or try your hand at something new. Stay tuned!
We are also taking a group of ravers to Kisstory Festival at the end of July! Freddie used to go to this festival every year, so it's only right that we keep this tradition going. Dance in the sun with friends and listen to your favourite old school tunes and Anthems! Tickets will be heavily subsidised and there will be more information to follow.
AUGUST
We welcome the height of summer and continue the fun with our SUMMER PARTY! Join us with all your family and friends for barbeques, a live DJ and lots of fun and games. Lets make it a summer to remember!
With summer comes relaxation - so join us for our Summer Wellness and pampering Day. Same great day, with a summer vibe. Don't Miss it!
SEPTEMBER
September brings our first weekend trip. Join us on our Surfing Trip to Wales! Partnered with Surfability Wales, we are taking a group to Swansea to learn how to surf. Any ability can take part, adaptive equipment and specialist instructors make sure that everyone can learn in a safe and comfortable environment. Accessible accommodation, Transport all sorted and included in one heavily subsidised price. Spaces announced early 2025!
The FFF also return to Summer Sessions Festival in Wimbledon in September thanks to our friends at SugarSugar Events. Free tickets to one of Londons best up and coming festivals - party with peers and tick off summer in style!
OCTOBER
The FFF marks the month of frights with our Halloween Club Night! Spooky decorations, Halloween and club bangers add to our usual brilliant club night! A prize for the best dressed so don your best outfits!
NOVEMBER
November sees the return of our Winter Wellness and Pampering Day! Prepare for the festive season and unwind at one of our most popular events. Freshen up with a haircut, skin care and a massage!
DECEMBER
Our annual Christmas Club Night returns in December. Get your Christmas Hats and Jumpers ready for the Party of the year. Celebrate the festive period and the year you have had with friends and family. You won't want to miss it - create memories to last a lifetime!
We are also planning on taking a small group to Hyde Park Winter Wonderland! The World famous attraction brings thousands every day to enjoy the Christmas stools, fairground rides, music and brilliant food. If you have never been, here is your chance to experience a Christmas market like no other!

Together with specialist instructors we will be running monthly sports sessions for our service users.
Each session will focus on a different sport, so everyone gets to try their hand at something new or play the sports they love!
Each session will carry a small contribution and will be confirmed in early 2025
DJ lessons
From May, we are running monthly DJ lessons for our service users with well renowned DJS!
We are partnering with Scott Garcia and his brand It's a London Thing to bring our members a taste of what it is like to DJ!
Sharpen up your skills or try something new in a comfortable environment whilst making new friends.
Everyone will be able to take away a mix they have produced and perhaps get a chance to DJ at one of our events!
Fantastic Freddie FC - monthly football sessions
The start of April sees the first session of our social Pan Disability Football Club.
Together with Premier league coaches that have experiences coaching the disabled community, we are starting a monthly football club!
Come and meet new people, sharpen up your skills and have fun in a relaxed and safe environment!
Our coaches can tailor sessions to any disability so you will always be involved. Get in touch to sign up!
