Dating is an area we have be told by our service users that they feel disadvantaged in. Together with many partner organisations, we are planning a speed dating / first dates evening for those who are disabled and want to meet others
The activities we organise are largely dictated by our client group. What we get told in focus group site visits is always considered and we try to facilitate the most popular requests.
Every service we provide will be thoroughly risk assessed at every step, an information sheet will always be filled in for every service user prior to the service. Strict safeguarding procedures will be followed at all times and all volunteers, carers and staff will be enhanced DBS checked and subject to regular training.
